I was diagnosed with SVT in December 2022. Suddenly my heart rate would increase to 200 beats per minute and would not come down unless I was taken to the hospital and given an injection.
In October 2023 I had to undergo a procedure where the extra circuit that was causing an abnormal heat rate was ablated using radio frequency. It was a very painful and a terrifing experiance. 
I finished this painting after I returned from the hospital. The pink roses depict the healthy part of my heart that give me life and the hazy background with white roses is the part of my heart that is still healing, the tissues that are growing and the part of me that is unable to recover from the trauma.
